What does the report contain?
Our comprehensive reports provided by various water authorities include the following:

• Confirmation of whether the property is connected to a public or private water supply
• Confirmation of how the property is billed for the water and waste charges
• A copy of an extract of the statutory sewer map
• Statement of any public sewers within 100 feet of the building
• A copy of the water mains map
• Details of any Building Over Agreements that exist
• Charging details on the property
• Confirmation of whether the property is connected to a public sewer
• Confirmation whether the property is close to or is affected by water mains or public sewer
